Description

This Invitation to Tender is an invitation by the City of St. Albert to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of one (1) Tandem Axle Truck c/w Front and Wing Plows, Mid-Sander Combination Dump Box and Prewetting System. GVWR - 60,000 lbs.

II. Vendor Qualification

1. Bids will be restricted to only those vendors that can satisfactorily meet the following service and support requirements:
i) cab and chassis – there must be a factory authorized service dealership in the metro Edmonton area
ii) hydraulics, box, plows and prewetting system – must be able to demonstrate that factory authorized onsite service can be provided within 24 hours (1 business day) from notification of problems or issues.
The service requirements apply for both the warranty and non-warranty period of ownership.
