Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by CYBERA to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Enterprise Software system for Survey Services.

CYBERA is seeking to award a non-exclusive Master Agreement to a single proponent or multiple Master Agreements to multiple proponents for a centralized service/one tool that is flexible enough to accommodate the needs of the Participating Members.

As existing agreements expire, CYBERA Participating Members intend to include their purchases within this overall contract.
