M.D. OF PROVOST NO. 52

ROTARY MOWER TENDER

The M.D of Provost is currently accepting tenders on a 15 foot rotary mower, specifications as follows:
1. XH1500 S3 or Equivalent
2. Two fold up wings
3. Three rotors
4. Flex Arm (equivalent or better than FLX 1510 FlexArm)

Acceptance of tender will be contingent on immediate availability of the product, and suitability of the product to meet the M.D. specifications. These factors will be weighted at 30%, with the tendered price weighted at 70%.

Price is to be quoted F.O.B. Provost, and GST is to be included and/or clearly annotated.

Tenders are to be clearly marked “LOADER TENDER” and submitted no later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, February 6th, 2018 and addressed to:

Only hardcopy submissions will be accepted (no faxes or e-mails).

Tenders will be considered by the Council of the M.D. of Provost No. 52 on Thursday, February 8th, 2018 during the course of its regular meeting.

The M.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part and lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
