This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) for the services of A.12 – Web Architect, Senior under Stream 1: Web Architect . The intent of this solicitation is to establish up to

One (1) Contract for two (2) years, with the option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) one-year irrevocable option periods under the same conditions. This solicitation is only open to the below list of pre-qualified suppliers under the Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) number EN578-170432/B.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

RFP documents will be e-mailed directly from the Contracting Authority to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. La portée des travaux de programmeur-analyste/concepteur de Lotus Notes comprend les éléments ci-après, sans s'y limiter :

Établir un nouveau code d'application selon le projet ou le(s)plan(s) de travail de projet;

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre un nouveau code d'application ainsi que des améliorations au code de base existant;

Analyser les exigences opérationnelles et travailler avec l'équipe à l'optimisation des exigences quant à la mise en œuvre des systèmes;

Faire l’essai d’applications;

Effectuer les mises à jour au sujet des modifications d’application(s) (améliorations et bogues) dans la documentation technique;

Rencontrer les clients au besoin pour leur apporter un appui et examiner les besoins des utilisateurs;

Remplir et soumettre des feuilles de présence par projet en utilisant le système de suivi de projet (interne).

LIEU DE TRAVAIL

L’entrepreneur effectuera le travail dans les locaux d’Industrie Canada, situés au 235, rue Queen, à Ottawa, en Ontario.
