Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for both Engineering Support Services (ESS) and Project Management Support Services (PMSS) Professional Services. The RFP is issued against the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) PWGSC file number EN578-055605.

It is intended to issue two separate contracts from the bid solicitation process:

1- ESS contract in the following Streams: (i) Stream 1 (A) – Application Services (ii) Stream 6 (C) – Cyber protection Services (iii) Stream 7 (T) – Telecommunications Services

2- PMSS contract in the following Streams: (i) Stream 4 (B) – Business Services (ii) Stream 5 (P) – Project Management Services

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Tier 2 Holders who qualify under one of the two or both sets of the below categories in the National Capital Region.

-ESS contract- Category of Personnel: A.8 System Analyst (Level 3) A.11 Tester (Level 3) C.3 IT Security TRA and C&A Analyst T.2 Satellite Communications Specialist / Ground Station Engineer (Level 3) T.2 Satellite Communications Specialist / Integrated logistics Support (ILS)Engineer (Level 3) T.2 Satellite Communications Specialist / Satellite Payload Engineer (Level 3) T.2 Satellite Communications Specialist / Senior Systems Advisor (Level 3) T.8 Radio Frequency Engineer (Level 3)

-PMSS contract- Category of Personnel: B.1 Business Analyst (Levels 3, 2) B.7 Business Transformation Architect (Levels 3,2) P.6 Project Administrator (Levels 3,2) P.7 Project Coordinator (Levels 3, 2) P.9 Project Manager (Levels 3, 2) P.10 Project Scheduler (Levels 3, 2) P.12 Risk Management Specialist (Levels 3, 2) P.13 Independent IT Project Review Team Leader (Levels 3, 2) P.14 Independent IT Project Reviewer (Levels 3, 2)

The Contractor(s) will provide the services on an "as and when requested" basis. All requirements will be authorized through Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the corresponding contract.

PERIOD OF THE CONTRACTS:

For each contract, professional services are required for a period of two years from contract award with three, one-year option period.
