This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F2599-145014/B dated 25 June 2014 with a closing of 18 July 2014 at 2:00pm.

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement to replace two existing HVAC units located on the CCGS Samuel Risley.

One (1) new HVAC unit for the main deck with an option for a second new HVAC unit for the boat deck in accordance with the Annex "A" - Specification.

The HVAC Unit(s) are required by 13 February, 2015.

The unit(s) are to be delivered to CCG Parry Sound, Ontario.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
