Description

Northern Health is seeking proposals from Proponents for the provision of cleaning services for 1 of residences in 3507 16th Avenue, Smithers.

Cleaning all shared areas when needed. Areas include kitchen, bathroom, living room, entrance and bedroom.
Providing and stocking consumables, such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, etc.
Additional cleaning on a needs-be basis.
Removal of accumulated refuse and recycling.
Removal of perishable food left behind by occupants.
Bi-monthly deep cleaning
Report any items that need to be repaired to the Housing Coordinator.
Making note of standard inventory items and reporting to Northern Health for replacement.
