This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and PHSA, for the provision, implementation and support of a Crisis Line information System (CLIS)
