Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northen Health Authority Provincial Health Services Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (the “Health Authority(s)”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Online clinical resources used at point of care for a term of one (1) year at an estimated value of $ 1,593,958.92.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority(s) has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
• the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
*To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Fairy Kardoost Buyer, IM/IT, PHSA Procurement, by email to Fereshteh Kardoost before 2:00pm Pacific Time, April 03 ,2025.
