Tenders will be opened publicly, and a summary of bid and price information will be made available upon request. Portions of the Blk B5, Plan 77MJ07703 Ext 0, Blk B1, Plan 76MJ01165 Ext 0, Blk X, Plan 101872548 Ext 0, Blk Y, Plan 101872548 Ext 0, Blk MB13, Plan 101872548 Ext 0 of city owned land is available to lease under the following terms and conditions: Lease of the said land(s) shall be on a cash rent basis only and shall commence Thursday May 1, 2025 and terminate October 15, 2027. This lease will be solely for the use by the Tenant, not to be assigned or sublet or occupied by anyone other than the Tenant without prior written consent from the City. The Tenant will be responsible for any costs associated with the use of the lands, with the exception of property taxes. The Tenant shall conduct haying of vegetation on the land. This land is to be leased on an “as is” basis. There are no warranties offered or implied on the condition of the property.
