INSTALLATION OF GENERATOR
MARYSVILLE SERVICE CENTRE, NEW BRUNSWICK
BID SECURITY REQUIRED
SITE MEETING MANDATORY: As a condition of Award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend a Site Conditions and Investigations meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends one (1) meeting and is registered as having attended. For convenience, one (1) meeting will begin at 10:00 AM and another meeting is scheduled for 2:00 PM on March 25, 2025. The Tenderer shall attend one (1) meeting only. The meeting is at the
Marysville Service Centre, located at 239 Gilbert Street Fredericton, New Brunswick. The site contact person shall be Gaetan Frenette. The Tenderer must be pre-register to attend a meeting. Please email Gaetan Frenette at gfrenette@nbpower.comto pre-register. Based on the number of people that may register a third meeting may be added due to COVID-19 restrictions, at the Owner's discretion. The times will be on a first come, first serve basis.
There will be no public tender openings.

NB Power has integrated a new procurement platform called Bonfire and is migrating this RFP over to the new platform. All RFP activity including but not limited to the RFP documentation, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and proponent submittals will be carried out using the Bonfire platform. See attached Bonfire Vendor Instruction document for directions on accessing, registering and utilizing the platform. The New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website will
continue to serve as a host for the public solicitation notice.

Le soumissionnaire est tenu de s'assurer que son repr sentant participe une (1) r union et qu'il est inscrit comme ayant particip cette r union.
