Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to extend the Agreement for Professional Engineering Consultant Services for the above noted project with Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. as per the following:
The additional contract value is $25,000.00 with $43,000.00 completed for the maximum contract value of $68,000.00 plus tax
