SUPPLY OF ABRASIVE BLASTING AND PAINTING SERVICES
BELLEDUNE, NEPISIGUIT FALLS AND MILLBANK GENERATING STATIONS, NEW BRUNSWICK
BID BOND REQUIRED
SITE MEETING MANDATORY: As a condition of award of this Contract it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend the Site Conditions and Investigation meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends and is registered as having attended the meeting. For convenience there will be two (2) meetings, one will be held on March 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM ADT, both at Belledune Generating Station 1558 Main Street Belledune. The Tenderer shall attend
one meeting only. The Tenderer must be pre-registered to attend a meeting. Please email Derrick Savoie at DeSavoie@nbpower.com to pre-register. Based on the number of people that may register, a third meeting may be added at the NB Power's discretion. The times will be on a first come, first serve basis. There will be no public tender openings.

NB Power has integrated a new procurement platform called Bonfire and is migrating this RFP over to the new platform. All RFP activity including but not limited to the RFP documentation, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and proponent submittals will be carried out using the Bonfire platform. See attached Bonfire Vendor Instruction document for directions on accessing, registering and utilizing the platform. The New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website will
continue to serve as a host for the public solicitation notice.
