Description

The primary project is the removal of the existing crib type boardwalk and construction of the new boardwalk as per drawings included in the tender document. The Contractor will provide all labour, equipment, and materials as per the attached plans and specifications. - Provisional Items: Provisional pricing items as listed below may or may not be added to the primary project and award of any or all provisional items will be based upon cost and proposed schedule. Provisional pricing is to be provided for: 1. Concrete curb (175 metres) and 2 catch basins 2. Concrete sidewalk (78 square metres) 3. Fills between the new boardwalk and new curb to maintain a grade of 250 mm below top of boardwalk (650 cubic metres) 4. Shoulder paving (272 square metres) 5. Street paving (1959 square metres) 6. Watermain replacement including fire hydrant and curb stops 7. Culvert replacement
