The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of rail grinding services for its Light Rail Transit (LRT) system to maintain track integrity, minimize noise, and ensure a smooth ride for passengers. Regular rail grinding is essential to prevent the development of rail surface defects that can lead to costly repairs, service disruptions, and potential safety hazards.
