The City of Cold Lake Marina is a vibrant destination along the Lakeshore Business District in Cold Lake North, focused on providing a space for boaters and the general community to enjoy. The area includes several features including multiple boat slips, a launching point, fuel dock operations, parking, lighted boardwalk, restrooms, community storage, and a concession building. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a professional, full service company or consortia to supply security at the Cold Lake Marina, located at 802 Lakeshore Drive, Cold Lake, Alberta.
