Description

The Ministry is seeking a Vendor to supply and deliver spike belt systems for use by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and potentially to other Province of Ontario Police Services (POPS), that will be equipped within their fleet vehicles.

A spike belt system is a device used to impede or stop the movement of wheeled vehicles by puncturing their tires. The system includes the spike belt, rope/tether and carrying case. A spike belt replacement kit contains replacement spikes that may have been damaged during deployment.
Scope of Work
Deliverables supplied by the Vendor shall meet all specifications and requirements outlined in this RFB.
The spike belt system shall consist of:
A. Spike Belts;
B. Replacement Kits; and
C. Carrying Cases

All Deliverables supplied by the Vendor shall be new. The Ministry will not accept used or refurbished Deliverables.
