Description

This Non-Binding Request for Proposals (NRFP) invites qualified candidates to conduct a comprehensive assessment of 135.25 km of J-Class roads located within the Municipality of the County of Kings (the Municipality). The selected proponent will be responsible for measuring road conditions, assessing pavement type, and quality by utilization of the Pavement Condition Index (PCI), and providing the details showing prioritized and comprehensive report of J-Class roads requiring immediate and future repairs.
