Description

The College, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), is seeking to identify and select a
qualified vendor(s) to implement a modern Internal Communication Platform to support content planning,
creation and performance measurement and serve as a replacement of the existing system. Implementation
of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is expected by end of April 2025.
