Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization and BCEHS for renovating an existing leased building at 12841 Madeira Park Road. 225.7m2 Office space and 262.7m2 vehicle bay. An interior renovation throughout including seismic upgrades, Vapor barrier in vehicle bay, electrical and mechanical systems throughout and Interior finishes. The space is intended to serve as a vehicle bay for 2 ambulances and a CP vehicle indoors, with additional space for up to 4 ambulances on the exterior. Space inside for 4 quiet rooms, 2 offices, training spaces and support spaces.

Bidders Site Visit
A site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:
Date: November 28th, 2024
Time: 10am
Site: Madeira Park Road, Madeira Park BC V0N 2H1
Meeting Point will be the Site Entrance.

This site visit is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Bidders who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the site visit and to have received any and all of the oral and written information given at such visit.
