Description

Ontario Health is seeking to procure a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is limited to the selection of a Software as a Service (SaaS) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution technology and associated licenses. The implementation, integration, and customization related to the deployment of the selected solution are out of scope for this RFP.
