Description

Notice is hereby given that the Vancouver Island Health Authority (ISLH) intents to directly award a Contract to the following vendor to provide Consulting Services for Rehab Wing AHU Replacement and Thermal Gradient Header.

Avalon Mechanical Consultants Ltd. #300 - 1245 Esquimalt Road Victoria, BC V9A 3P2

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision must provide specific reasons for their objection. The letter must outline the reasons for the objection and must demonstrate ability to provide the contemplated work/service, availability, and resources. Vendor ability to offer products and services resulting in the same or better solutions at a lower cost and avoid the risks identified in this NOI will be the key criterion with regards to consideration of objections. Vendors wishing to object to this decision should email an objection by August 30, 2024 no later than 2:00 PM, Pacific Time to: Lisa Pryce.
