Construction Management Services
Prefabricated Additions – Multiple Sites

School District No. 36 (Surrey) is requesting submissions from Construction Management firms with proven experience, capability and capacity to work with the District, its consultants and trade contractors for the additions at multiple sites under contract CCDC 5A Construction Manager as Agent located at:

Latimer Road Elementary (Site 035) - 6 Classrooms
William Watson Elementary (Site 057) - 12 Classrooms
Martha Currie Elementary (Site 061) - 6 Classrooms
Old Yale Road Elementary (Site 064) - 17 Classrooms

Proponents may indicate their desire for which project to be considered for, however, the District intends to award one project per Proponent, unless design and schedule efficiencies can be provided.
