This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authorities, through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority, for the supply of the confidential complaint reporting service
