Description

This Request for Information (RFI) is for an integrated Human Capital Management and Payroll solution to meet the operational needs of Supply Ontario.
Scope of Work
Supply Ontario is seeking a Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll solution, required to deliver Human Resources and Payroll activities to support the other operations of Supply Ontario.

The intent of this project is to implement a solution(s) acquired through a ‘Software as a Service’ model to support Human Resources and Payroll activities.

We are seeking a solution that encompasses the following functionalities:

• Core HR Management
• Talent Management
• Payroll Management
