Description

RFB for the procurement for lease of seven (7) mail metering machines for Government Mail and Courier Services of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (MPBSD)
Scope of Work
Government Mail and Courier Services is seeking to lease seven (7) mail postal metering machines: three (3) for the mailroom in Vanley Cres., one (1) for Downsview; one (1) for St Catharines, one (1) for North Bay and one (1) for Orillia.
The machines will need to meet Canada Post Corporation regulations, which require all postal machines to have the ability for remote reset, security, digital indicia and product data capture. All equipment must be new. Equipment should be installed and operational within 10 business days of the contract being awarded.
The Ministry requires maintenance services for this equipment, software upgrades and helpdesk support to be provided by the vendor.
