Q. Could you confirm that the expected master plan is solely for the outdoor facilities of the Dieppe campus and does not include indoor infrastructure?
A. Exact, it is important to ensure that the chosen provider is aware of the current realities to better accomplish their work on the ground.

Q. It is mentioned on page 5 of the tender that CCNB wishes to establish "a bold and innovative vision for the use, layout, and arrangement of spaces (buildings, grounds, resources, etc.)."
A. Regarding the buildings, does CCNB intend to separately commission an architect to assist in the master planning process, or should an architect be included in the proposed team under this mandate? No, if you need to include an architect, it's up to you to incorporate them into your proposal.
