This is to inform you that The University of British Columbia (“UBC”) intends to enter into a purchase agreement with Malvern Panalytical, a division of Spectris Canada Inc. to acquire NanoSight Pro instrument. Malvern Panalytical, a division of Spectris Canada Inc. is currently the best-known sole source to the University that can provide the category knowledge, technical expertise, and experience required by the University to properly manage and deliver the project goals. This engagement is sponsored by CFI Funded project.
