Description

The Board of Education of School District No.41 (Burnaby) (“SD41”) invites submissions under this Request for Tenders (RFT) to replace roofs, using built-up roofing membranes, at the following facilities:
WESTRIDGE ELEMENTARY – 510 DUNCAN AVE
LYNDHURST ELEMENTARY – 9847 LYNDHURST ST
GILPIN ELEMENTARY– 5490 EGLINTON ST
BUCKINGHAM ELEMENTARY – 6066 BUCKINGHAM AVE
Some structural roof deck repairs may be carried out by SD41’s own forces. Seismic upgrading included (in Bonfire files section) is to be considered part of the roofing contract.
