This RFP is an invitation by The City of Charlottetown to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Commissioning Services for the Simmons Sports Centre Arena & Pool Replacement. The City of Charlottetown is committed to commissioning this facility to confirm that all systems are well designed, completed, and functioning properly upon occupancy, and the staff have adequate systems documentation and training.
