Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to upgrade the Aspirating Smoke Detection (VESDA System) located on level 5, Level 6 (“Catwalk”) and the Center Hung Video Board (“Center Gondola”) in the BC Place Stadium (the “Project”).

B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) is seeking a qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to supply and install twelve (12) new VESDA – E VEP series panels [VEP-A10-P] to replace the existing system located on the fifth level and sixth level of BC Place Stadium (“BC Place”), located at 777 Pacific Boulevard, Vancouver, BC (the “Project”). The Contractor is also required to supply new interfacing cards with the existing Simplex 4100 U panel located on the Center Hung Video Board (“Center Gondola”).

Must complete mandatory site visit during one of these time slots.
