Trinity Lutheran House is a four story, 35 unit seniors apartment building located at 10006-80 Avenue Edmonton. The facility was constructed in 1981 and is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. GEF Seniors Housing, working on behalf of ASHC, is soliciting for a Fire Alarm Contractor for this project.
