Description

The City of Kelowna is looking to enter a contract with one Mechanical Contractor for the successful completion of an Air Handling Unit Equipment Renewal at Kelowna H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre from the mechanical penthouse, and the new Air Handling Unit will be installed on the roof. The Mechanical Contractor shall be the Prime Contractor for the project and shall include all required subtrades, general contract trades, electrical, controls and any others as required to ensure complete installation.
