Description

BCIT is seeking Responses to determine if it will enter into one or more contracts for the supply and delivery of office task chairs and high stools on an as-and-when-needed basis for use in any campus within BCIT.

The intention of this RFSQ is to select a Roster of Qualified Suppliers that will allow BCIT to order chairs and/or stools from time to time over a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods for a maximum term of five (5) years. The number of such contracts to be entered into, if any at all, and the method for which BCIT allocates the work amongst the successful Qualified Suppliers during the contract term, shall be entirely at the discretion of BCIT.
