Description

The AGLC is seeking a respondent to provide AGLC’s HR leadership with an independent assessment, analysis, and expert recommendations regarding our current recruitment & onboarding processes, approach, practices and policies. The assessment, analysis and recommendations may include, but are not limited to related policies, standards, best practices, and emerging trends and what AGLC can do to be “best in class,” and an Employer of Choice. Recommendations should include strategy for implementation. The completed assessment, analysis and recommendations will inform and support AGLC’s people strategy initiatives and AGLC’s strategic priorities.
