Description

This RFP is issued to obtain Proposals for a new 5-year contract, starting on January 01, 2024, if awarded. Occasional coverage of Municipal staff leaves of absence (vacation and sickness) for the Electrical, Plumbing, Gas and PSDS disciplines (not Fire) are required as part of the contract. Some additional services are included in the contract, e.g. quarterly statistics reporting, and specific process requirements to coordinate permit issuance with the approval of development permits.
