Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Fire Department, requires a supplier capable of designing and building boat tow service bodies to be installed on City supplied Cab and Chassis.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for a one (1) year, and it may not be renewed.
