GROUND EFFECT VEHICLES, MOTOR VEHICLES, TRAILERS AND CYCLES
This Request for Quotations ("the RFQ") issued by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of purchase of a utility truck for Maintenance/Grounds Department as further described in Appendix D, for the Rates established in Appendix F. The respondent selected pursuant to this RFQ process will be informed in writing. Respondents not selected will also be informed in writing. This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act and
regulations thereunder, and in the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFQ and the overarching legislation, the latter will prevail over the conflicting provision of the RFQ.
