Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary, on behalf of Calgary Police Services, requires a supplier capable of providing general and specialized security services to perform a variety of duties at various CPS sites and facilities.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The initial Agreements will be for a Term of two (2) years. The Agreement may be renewed four (4) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of ten (10) years.
