Description

VIRL seeks to acquire a commercially available off-the-shelf Computerized Maintenance Management System (the “CMMS”). VIRL does not currently have a dedicated system for asset data and/or maintenance management at this time. No databases are in use, although high-level facilities condition assessment information is available. A turnkey solution is preferred, involving the provision of a complete product or service that is ready for immediate use.
