Description

The Ministry, through the OPP, operates four (4) Provincial Communications Centres (PCCs) and the General Head Quarters (GHQ) training centre. Each PCC location is a high profile, OPP mission critical operation that requires continuous uninterrupted service in order for the OPP to maintain community safety through the provision of emergency 9-1-1 call taking and dispatch services.

The NG9-1-1 Telephony Solution (the “Existing Solution”) refers to the Komutel and AVAYA solutions and all of the related applications, software and hardware, required for the solution to function.

The Existing Solution has been installed under previous contracts and this Contract is for the provision of Maintenance and Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) to the Existing Solution.
