This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Data Management and Business Intelligence Consulting and Contracting Services, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The County’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department requires support on various data management and business intelligence projects on a temporary basis from time to time to augment the capacity and ability of their staff. The County is seeking 4 qualified respondents with expertise and capacity to assist with or provide ITS data management and business intelligence resources as needs arise.

Each selected respondent of this RFSQ will be invited to enter into a Master Framework Agreement (Attachment 1) and may be invited to participate in second-stage procurement processes for the procurement of the services that may arise during the term of the Master Framework Agreement (refer to section 2.7 of Evaluation and Selection (Part 2)).
