Description

The intent of this RFP is to find a secure, user-friendly, and customizable platform that allows ATB to easily manage our sponsorship, donation, employee volunteerism, and employee giving activities. The goal is to streamline, automate, and ensure adherence to our sponsorship, donation, and employee giving/volunteering policies. This platform will enable ATB to deliver on community investment and employee engagement strategies.

As we strive to further enhance our initiatives and create a lasting positive impact on the lives of Albertans, we are now seeking to collaborate with a vendor that can help us consolidate our sponsorships, donations, and employee engagement onto a single, unified platform. However, we are also open to considering multiple proponents if it leads to obtaining the best-in-class solution for each facet of our request. The goal is to streamline the processes and improve efficiency while continuing to benefit the communities in Alberta effectively.

ATB requires a secure, user-friendly, customizable platform to manage the following:
- External sponsorship and donation requests
- Public donations
- Employee giving with a matching program
- Employee volunteerism
