Description

This RFP is an invitation by the AGLC to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services For HVAC System Upgrade.
As part of the capital program, the AGLC is undertaking a project to replace all HVAC systems and components at their 50 Corriveau Avenue Facility. This will include all HVAC components in the 5-story office tower, main level and warehouse office space and warehouse if deemed necessary at the 50 Corriveau Facility.
The successful proponent will be the prime consultant, who along with their assembled team, will be responsible for the development of all required consulting disciplines to design and prepare tender documents for the 50 Corriveau HVAC Replacement Project as well as the services to conduct the construction administration of the project by a future contractor.
