Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective vendors to submit Proposals for the provision of Catering Services at the Ontario Investment and Trade Centre ("Deliverables"), as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables. This RFP is issued by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure (the “Ministry").
Scope of Work
The Ontario Investment and Trade Centre (OITC) is seeking Director approval to proceed with an open competitive procurement between the Ministry and four catering companies to secure catering services for a two (2)-year contract period with two additional one (1)-year extensions.

The agreements with each of the current vendors have an expiry date of March 31, 2023. As such, the OITC is seeking approval to maintain continuity in the expectations of our clients and reduce the risk of health and food standards.

August 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time).

Prospective Bidders are invited at their own expense to an optional site meeting to be held at the Ontario Investment and Trade Centre with the purpose of which is to allow potential Bidders to view the venue that they would be catering in and ask questions ONLY about the venue.

A site meeting question and answer addendum will be issued and posted to ensure disclosure and fairness. A site meeting will not be available at any other time, nor will any separate site meeting be held. Please arrive fifteen (15) minutes early for attendance.
