Description

his Request for Information (“RFI”), is issued for the purposes of gathering information from potential vendors in the marketplace/industry which can provide a feasible solution to modernize the existing Land Use Planning Information Network (LUPIN) system.
Scope of Work
The current LUPIN system is based on the Siebel Case Management Platform Version IP 16 which has since become obsolete and lacks some of the critical components required by the business to support decision making, such as: online application intake, AODA compliance, adequate reporting and ad-hoc query generation, and integration with GIS. Consequently, MMAH has made the decision to modernize LUPIN to align with the business needs.

The Ministry is seeking to obtain information about cloud-based digital solutions from pre-qualified vendors currently available in the market that are designed to support Land Use Planning applications and workflows.
