Description

1. This RFSO is open to all interested vendors.

2. The City of Calgary is seeking firms qualified in management consulting services to deliver a wide range of projects and programs. The scopes of work may require an individual contributor or a team of consultants. This work will be broken out into five (5) Categories;
Category 1 – General Project Management
Category 2 – Management Consultants
Category 3 – Business Process Management
Category 4 – Change Management
Category 5 – Multi Disciplinary Project Teams.
Respondents are invited to respond to one or more categories. If electing to submit on more than one (1) Category, a separate Response is required for each Category. Clearly indicate the applicable category on the front cover of the Response.

3. Each Master Agreement will have a term of three (3) years, with an option to renew for an additional one (1) two (2) year terms for a total not to exceed five (5) years. The term of any Service Level Agreement entered into under a Master Agreement will have a term appropriate to the completion of the Requirements set out therein.

4. “This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct
commercial negotiations.
