Description

This RFP is to procure services to develop training for six projects. These projects include specific training for Child Intervention staff who work with caregivers in a multitude of roles to enhance collaboration strategies between Child Intervention caseworkers and caregiver caseworkers (Kinship and foster support workers). Individual training will also be developed that is specific to the specialized roles of the Caregiver Supports Practitioners.
The remaining training projects stem from the caregiver training refresh completed in 2021 and introduced and implemented a competency profile to ensure that all caregivers acquire knowledge and skills in identified key areas.
