Description

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a qualified eLearning instructional designer and developer who can produce comprehensive inter-active eLearning courses. The eLearning must be crafted in a manner that reflects the highest standards of adult education and learning practices. The eLearning must utilize a variety of learning modalities that accommodate and introduce current, innovative, and creative training techniques through a format that may include case studies, step-by-step instruction, and interactive training which efficiently and effectively guarantees to:

- Engage, equip, and empower faculty and staff with the desired skills and knowledge, Provide training in the most efficient and effective manner, Improve learning retention, Simplify testing and facilitate repeated testing, and Time and cost-effective
