Description

This Statement of Work (SOW) is an invitation to all Contractors, in Good Standing under AMSA, to submit Responses for the opportunity to potentially deliver Application and Project Services for the SharePoint Platform and Project Server Application Services.
This SOW is not a legally binding procurement, and submission of a Response does not form a contract in any way with the Province.
The Province will ensure that all pre-qualified Contractors have a fair opportunity to participate in this SOW. The Province intends that the result of this SOW process will be the selection of a Contractor with which the Province will enter into direct negotiations to finalize a Supplementary Services Agreement (SSA) with the Province.
